MM E-Parking Services

The eParking service offers by Muscat Municipality consists of various eServices, it allows using to access the full range of services across multiple platforms, devices and even offer different mode of payment.

The type of services are:

Web:

Parking Violation Payment.
Parking Permission New.
Parking Permission Renewal.
Parking Permission Query.

SMS:

Mobile Parking Service.
Muscat Municipality SMS Service.

iMuscat:

iPhone App.
Android App.
Blackberry App.

Muscat Municipality eParking Service brings convenience to the users who require the service. For violation payment, offenders used to visit Muscat Municipality office or the ROP physically to make payment. Similarly for customers of term parking within the CBD, they need to visit Muscat Municipality office for purchase and renewal. With the eParking Service, users do not need to make the physical trip anymore. It is a full cycle service from purchase, payment and completion all done online electronically. The eParking services offered by MM are:

2.	Purchase of Parking Permission (Term Parking).	Web via the MM portal.	Online card payment via National Payment gateway.
3.	Renewal of Parking Permission (Term Parking).	Web via the MM portal.	Online card payment via National Payment gateway.
4.	Enquiry of Parking Permission.	Web via the MM portal.	Available after payment.
5.	Payment for Parking violation.	Web via the MM portal.	Online card payment via National Payment gateway.
6.	Enquiry of Parking Violation.	Web via the MM portal. Smartphone via iMuscat application on Apple iOS, Google Android and Black Berry OS. Mobile device via SMS.

- You will receive confirmation sms contains the time.
- Before 5 minutes of period expires you will get reminder sms.
- To inquiry about the remaining time send “time” to 90091.
- To get help on how to use this service send “help” to 90091.
