Insects, Rodents and Reptiles Control
Health Authorities at the Municipality control the insects , & other harmful rodents to public health in areas of its reproduction and spreading in Muscat through the approved healthy ways

The Directorate General of Muscat Municipality in the Wilayats sets a weekly schedule for Controlling insects in the area , it allotts one day control for each residential area.

Control rodents through covering all residential areas on a regular basis or periodically control .

In case of any complaints or observations in this aspect , the reports are received through the concerned directorates in each area or the Health affairs department or through the hotline (80077222).
  • The Local Ordinance (91/22) deals in this issue of the protection of Public health (chapter Five) stated the
  • Services requested from the Municipality .
