  • The applicant submits the application 
 
 
After filling  the specified Form
  • Company registration form
The  required documents

Two copies of the following documents:-

  • Valid commercial register
     
  • Valid registration certificate with Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
     
  • Approved computer print out documents with the commercial register at the ministry of commerce and industry.
     
  • Rent contract or title deed
     
     
  • A certificate of approved authorizations- if any-
Submitted  to  Venue:  The Purchases and Contracts Department
Time: 8:00am to 12:00 noon

 

  •  The applicant has to buy the said registration form, whose fee  shall be as per the company’s category:-
     
 Excellence grade company
  •  RO 100/- per annum
First Grade company
  • RO 50/- per annum
Second grade company
  • RO 40/- per annum
     
Third and Fourth Grade Company
  • RO 20/- per annum

 

  • After payment of the fees, the applicant has to submit the form and documents ( copies) along with the payment receipt to :
    - The Purchases and Contracts Department
    - Quantity Survey Department (for technical projects).
  • After completion of the registration procedures, a letter of approval shall be given to the applicant.
