After filling  the specified Form
  •  Application  for  obtaining  permit(Form value Bias 250 )
     
The  required documents
  • Copy of the drawings  indicating the  range  of  the excavation works .
     
  • Should  obtain the approval of the proposal drawings  from the   following authorities  . 
     
  • Ministry of  Housing  (directorate general of  survey & towns  planning  . )
     
  •  Public Authority for  Electricity &Water
     
  • Muscat  Electricity Distributing CO.
     
  • Oman for waste Drainage Services CO.
     
  • ( Haya Water )
     
  • Oman communication CO. (Oman Tel )
     
  • AL Nowrace
     
  •   Directorate General of  Landscaping  In case the excavations  have direct  effect of  the  agricultural areas  .
     
  • Lightings  Depart.  Of Muscat Municipality (if  the excavations affect directly   the  road lightings .or  Traffics  lights .
     
  • Incase the   route  crosses  with any  other services ,  must  obtain  permit from  service  authority  .

  • Upon handover  fulfilled application complying  with all  the conditions , the concerns  will  appoint field  visit to the site   accompanied  by  the applicant  representative .
        
  • It is  allowed  to  make  excavation  crossing  the  road  unless  there is  no  option to  make  Thrust boring  ,such  as  no  adequate area  or due  to  soil  nature not  allowed  such  excavations  .
  •  Must  deliver  guarantee  letter from   one  of  road   contractors who registered  at  Muscat  Municipality
