  • The  representative  of  the  consultant Office submits  the application .
 
After filling  the specified Form
  • Application Form  for  building  permit (Signed  by  the (2) parties) .
  • Filling  the statistic Form  &Geographical  Information  system
The  required documents
  • original & Copy of  plot ownership .
     
  • Original  of  the drawings  .
     
  • ID for  individuals ./C.R for companies , agency in  case of  estate.
     
  • Letter  of  the consultant Office
     
  •  The constructional  & architectural drawings ,&  the  constructional accounts .
     
  •  Approvals  of  the  other authorities   (as  per the  projects .
     
  • Soil analysis  report  . (for  building  exceeding  3  floors .
Submitted  to
  • Location :Building  permit  depart. Registration  division  . 
  • Time:  from  8:00 Am  up to  12:00P.M

 

  • The  information  will  be  interred in  the system  ,  the  client will  receive  receipt  .
     
  • The  documents  will be sent to the architectural engineer to  check  the drawings 
     
  • The documents will be sent to  the  constructional division for checking  the constructional  drawings  .
     
  • It will be forwarded  to  the  administration  Director  or  his  deputy  for the final approval 

The consultant will  pay the fees and submit  (2)  copies of  drawings .Fees rate as  the following

Fees  for  new  building  permit  per  SQM
  •  Bias  50/ per SQM.
If the  building  includes  attachment   such as  penthouse   forming  more  than 50% of  the area of  the  highest  floor for each SQM  incase of  residential  buildings   that include  one   or  two  residential  units   
 
  • R.O 3
If  the  basement area   is  more  than   the area of  the  ground floor for SQM7  for  all  types  of  buildings
  • R.O  1
Any additional  buildings   exceeding   20%  of  the  building area or  50   SQM   whichever  is  bigger  for  SQM  .   
  • R.O 3

In  case there is  attachment   at  the  penthouse   used as  investment  (flats or more than 2 Villas  )  the fees is counted  for  each excess SQM exceeding 50%  of  area of  last  floor  . 

 

  • R.O   5
  • The c consultant will  receive the  building  permit and  stamped architectural drawings . 
     
  • Note : (upon  verifying  the  documents  at  the architectural  or the  constructional  division  ,  in case of any amendments  ,  the document will be sent to the registration  division   ,  it will  be delivered  to the consultant  for carrying out  the  necessary amendments  .
