  • The  representative  of  the  consultant Office submits  the application .
 
After filling  the specified Form
  • Application Form  for  building  permit (Signed  by  the (2) parties) .
  • Filling  the statistic Form  &Geographical  Information  system
The  required documents
  • Certificate  of  building  permit 
     
  • Original &Copy of  the  plot ownership(in case of  amending  any information. 
     
  • Original  of  the drawings  ( incase of any amendment )
     
  • The heirs  .
     
  • Report  issued  by  the  concern  Directorate  .
     
  • Civil card  for  individual / C.R for  companies   authorization  letter in case of  estate  .
     
  •  Letter  from  the consultant office  . 
     
  • Bill of quantities  &  the  civil & architectural drawings.
     
  • Approvals  from  other concern authorities  .  (as  per the  project) 
     
  • Soil analysis  report  .     
Submitted  to
  • Location :Building  permit  depart. Registration  division  . 
  • Time:  from  8:00 Am  up to  12:00P.M

 

  • The  information  will  be  interred in  the system  ,  the  client will  receive  receipt  .
     
  • The  documents  will be sent to the architectural engineer to  check  the drawings 
     
  • The documents will be sent to  the  constructional division for checking  the constructional  drawings  .
     
  • It will be forwarded  to  the  administration  Director  or  his  deputy  for the final approval 

The consultant will  pay the fees and submit  (2)  copies of  drawings .Fees rate as  the following

Fees in case of amending  the drawings   will  be the same as  obtaining  new  building  permit  for each  SQM   
  •  Bias  50/ per SQM.

Amendment in  building  permit  fees  (partial amendment , increasing  the  height ,constructional  amendment ,addition .  

 

  • R.O 10
Fees  for adding attachment  on  the  building  surface   for  investment property (flats & for  more  than  2  villas  )   fees  accounted  for each  excess  SQM of the  exceeding  50%  of  last  floor    area   .
  • R.O  5
Fees  for adding   basement area more than  the  area of  ground  floor   for  each  SQM & for all  types of  buildings 
  • R.O 1

If  the  building permit  issued    for  more than  two years   ,  client  should  pay  renewal  fees  . 
 

 

  • R.O  10
  • The c consultant will  receive the  building  permit and  stamped architectural drawings . 
  •  Note : (upon  verifying  the  documents  at  the architectural  or the  constructional  division  ,  in case of any amendments  ,  the document will be sent to the registration  division   ,  it will  be delivered  to the consultant  for carrying out  the  necessary amendments  .
