  • The  client submits  his application  .
 
After filling  the specified Form
  • Application  Form  for  obtaining  lost building  permit  
The  required documents
  • Original of  the  building  permit
Submitted  to
  • Location :Building  permit  depart. Registration  division  . 
  • Time:  from  8:00 Am  up to  12:00P.M

 
  • The  information  will  be  interred in  the system  ,  the  client will  receive  receipt  .
  •  Obtaining  the  building  permit file  from  archive  division

The consultant pays  the fees
fees  for replacement  building  permit
  •  R.O  10.
  • Issuing  of  new  certificate  of building  permit and  delivered it to the applicant /  consultant  .
