  • The  client submits  his application  .
 
After filling  the specified Form  
The  required documents
  • Certificate  of  building  permit 
     
  • Civil card  for  individual  /  C.R for  companies , authorization  letter  in case of  estate .     
Submitted  to
  • Location :Building  permit  depart. Registration  division  . 
  • Time:  from  8:00 Am  up to  12:00P.M

 
  • The  information  will  be  interred in  the system  ,  the  client will  receive  receipt  .
     
  • Obtaining  building permit file from the archive  division  .
     
  • If the case   for  obtaining  copy of  the drawings  ,  the consultant will pay the fees  as  per the  nubber of required copies
     

Fees rate as  the following
Fees  of copping
  • Bias  100 up to R.O 1 / AS  PER THE SIZE OF  THE  DRAWINGS 
  • The  drawings will be copied and stamped    .
  •  If  required true copy  , all  copies  of drawings will be  forwarded to the  engineer for  checking  along with  the  building permit file  . 
  •  The engineer will check  the drawings   compare the same  with  the  file drawings  
     
  •  The consultant will pay the  fees 
     
  • Fees  Bias 500/ per copy 
  • Drawings  will be stamped and  hand over to the  consultant
