  •  Copy of  the sample  of  signature 
     
  •  Certificate  of  the  engineers working  in  the Office .
     
  •  Copy of  authorization  letter   regarding  the  public  relationship Officer (P.R.O) approved  by  ministry  of Man Power  .

  • Location :Building  permit  depart. Registration  division  . 
  • Time:  from  8:00 Am  up to  12:00P.M

 
  • The  information  will  be  interred in  the system  ,  the  client will  receive  receipt  .
