  • The  client submits  his application  .
 
After filling  the specified Form
  •  Application for connecting services (according to to the wish of the applicant to add an electricity meter in the new appendix 
The  required documents
  • Copy of ID Card for individuals and a copy of the Commercial Register for companies  or a Power of Attorney for the agent of the landlord .
     
  •  Copy of the small  building permit
     
  • Copy of the Karooki
Submitted  to
  • Location :Building  permit  depart. Registration  division  . 
  • Time:  from  8:00 Am  up to  12:00P.M

 

  • The qualified employee registers the data of the Application.
     
  • He forwards the Application to the inspection to make a visit to the site and review the Application for construction
     
  • The inspector visits the site and makes an inspection and makes a technical report on the Application .
     
  • The qualified Administration  depending on  the approval of the Application or its refusal depending on the Application itself and the remarks as well as the inspection comments..

In case of approval  of the Application , the customer pays the following :

decided fees for the letter of the electricity connection
  •  R.O  2
Decided fees for the letter of the water  connection (if any in the Application )
  •  R.O  2
  • After payment the applicant is given the required  services documents related to the Application :
     
  • A letter of the electricity and water connection (if any in the Application )
