  • The  client submits  his application  .
 
After filling  the specified Form
  • Application for the refund of the insurance amount 
The  required documents
  • Copy of ID Card for individuals and a copy of the Commercial Register for companies  or a Power of Attorney for the agent of the landlord .
     
  • Copy of bank invoice concerning the insurance amount paid.
Submitted  to
  • Location :Building  permit  depart. Registration  division  . 
  • Time:  from  8:00 Am  up to  12:00P.M

 
  • Then the qualified employee registers the data of the Application .
     
  • The applicant  visits Muscat Municipality to obtain a letter from the directorate to the expenditures department to refund the insurance amount showing the Completion of work at the site and that there is no violations of any kind.
