  • Major building permit = 50 baisa /squire meter

Knowing the service: New building permit application
Electronically: New building permit application

  • The space of the roof supplement is more than 50% of the space of the top floor in 2 villas = 3 Riyal / squire meter
  • The space of the roof supplement is more than 50% of the space of the top floor of the trade and investment buildings = 5 Omani rial/ squire meter
  • The space of the basement that is over in the space than the first floor = 1 Omani rial/ squire meter
  • The space of the basement floor that used in the resident (bed room) in villa = 1 Omani rial/ squire meter
  • The space of the external supplement that is bigger than 20% of the space of the first floor or bigger than 50 meter, which is bigger = 3 Omani rial/ squire meter
  • Changing the name of the land owner = 5 Omani rial

Knowing the service: Changing the name of the land owner application
Electronically: Changing the name of the owner

  • Authenticating the maps extra copies = 500 baisa / one map
  • Issuing building permit replacement = 10 Omani rial

Knowing the service: Issuing building permit replacement application (reissuing)
Electronically: reissuing

  • reregistering the canceled transactions = 20 Omani rial
