A Celebration Of Birth Of The Prophet On The City Theater
Within the framework of coordination and cooperation between Muscat Municipality and the Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs (MARA), a religious celebration , sponsored by Sheikh Zahir bin Abdullah Al-Ebri, the state councilor, was held yesterday evening on the City Theater in Al-Quiram Natural Park, in celebration of birth of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).
The event included chanting recitation shows by a group of Omani master chanters, including Hassan Al-Omairi, Naser Al-Kanady, Abdulhamid Al-Kiyumi and others, amid large audience, with meaningful competitions for children.
The celebration comes to confirm the keenness of the organizing committee of the Festival to attend the religious events within the calendar of Muscat Festival 2012.
