The Planning and Training Administration from the Muscat Municipality held a seminar titled “Qualifying Governmental Institutions to receive Quality Certificates” under the patronage of the director of training, Mariam Bint Muhammad Al Araimi, attended by a number of officials from the municipality.
The seminar was organized in cooperation with the Arab Engineering Experts Company and administration, a leading consulting firm in the Arab world specializing in the fields of administrative consulting, developing human resources, information systems, and quality management systems.
Two workshops were held during the seminar. The first was presented by Dr. Hilmi Salam, Chairman of the board of directors of the Arab Engineering Experts Company and Administration titled “Modern trends in Administrative Development.” The second workshop was titled Qualifying Governmental Institutions to receive Quality Certificates” by the engineer Nabil Bakri.
