Muscat Municipality continues planting and cultivation of both ways of Al-Kharegyah street and arena, located in front of the Royal Opera House at Al-sarog, after the use of the best experience houses globally in the field of afforestation and landscaping for the design of these interfaces and making of detailed models and engineering plans, where the of the site is unique and has a lively overlooking view along Al Sultan Qaboos street and the intersection of Al-Kharegyah and its proximity to the architectural engineering buildings of the Opera House.

The project includes making of various Islamic geometric formations of bouquets, roses with consistent color and the outspread trees in a balanced, systematic way, it gives an amazing touches by making of water fountains and spreading flowerbeds to cover the arena and paint a picture reflects its beauty on the place, it will also decorate the space with green surfaces and seasonal flowers in the public arena adjacent to Royal Opera house.

Muscat Municipality finished the works of duplication of the route based from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs square to the intersection of the State Council, where the two way road has been opened with a 4 kilometers length, including two lanes for each direction with internal and external turnovers alongside the route, in addition to a new bridge parallel to the existed bridge based near Al-masa trade center, and in the context of improvements and modifications carried out by the municipal on the road network linked with this road in order to improve the overall performance to achieve the flow and reduce congestion on the two way route, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs square has been converted and to an intersection with traffic signals, and there was a development and expansion to the intersection of traffic lights near Al-masa trade center, also they build an additional bridge on Sultan Qaboos Street parallel to the existing bridge near Asmaa mosque, leading to the intersection of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
