El Rasheed visits the international bicycles union headquarter
Seef Bin Sebaa El Rasheed, director of Omani bicycles committee visited the headquarter of the international bicycles union. During the visit, he held some meetings with Pat Mack Wheed, director of the international bicycles union. Both parties discussed the aspects of mutual cooperation and activating the interparty cooperation. In addition, both parties agreed that the international bicycle union will provide the technical support to the Sultana regarding the sport infrastructure equipment, such as race tracks, special buildings for Bemax sport. In addition, the possibility to send a group of Omani bicyclers to the international bicycle union center for training and qualification besides the training of referees and coaches.
The director of the international bicycle union exalted the efforts of the Sultana to promote the bicycling sport. He considered the Oman tour an important station of the international union program regarding the organizing of the event. This came with the certifications of the world chanpions participated in the Oman tour.
It is worth to mention, the director of the Omani committee made a field visit to the bicyclers training center of the international bicycle union to close monitor the technical preparation provided by the center. El Rasheed concluded his visit with a serese of meetings with a number of the officials in the international bicycle union, prioritising the aspects of cooperation between the two parties in all the activities that benefit this sport.
