Muscat Municipality implements the "Financial System of Diwan" Program

The Department of Planning and Training in Muscat Municipality continues today the implementation of the Program of the Financial System of Diwan, for beginners, for the first group of the municipal staff working in the financial field of the various units and departments of the Municipality Directorates at the Municipality Building. Lectures are delivered by Dr. Aflah bin Ahmed Al-Abdali, a senior specialist in the financial control of the Directorate General of Administrative and financial Control at the Diwan of Royal Court.
The program aims at gaining the participants of the scientific information in the field of the financial system, recognition of the financial regulations, laws and regulations applicable in the Diwan and development of financial staff performance in the auditing applications.
The program involves several topics, notably: Recognition of the financial system in general and the financial system of the Diwan, the law and regulations of the Diwan financial system, the recurrent, capital and development budgets, and permanent and temporary imprests and payroll system.
