Visitors of the public parks in Muscat Governorate enjoy Free Wi-Fi

Enjoying easy access to the internet and communication while the parks, Wireless internet service, Wi-Fi, Provided by Muscat Municipality in collaboration with Omantel free of charge, has gained a large turnout of the city`s visitors of the public parks.
Accordingly, the Municipality, along with the company, is so much keen on providing multiple access points in various public parks, to include The Qurum Natural Park, Riyam Park, Wadi Al-Kabir Park, Khuwair Park, Al-Buhaira Park in Ghubra, Kalbuwa and Al-Naseem Park.
: "Our collaboration with Omantel in the initiative of provide wireless Internet service, Wi-Fi, free of charge, in public parks is a step contributing to raise the level of services provided to visitors of those parks and added real value to the visit. This has been welcomed by the visitors of the parks, creating a pleasant atmosphere for them. This step comes within the plan of Muscat Municipality to enhance the quality of public life in the city of Muscat, and attracting Visitors to it", said Hamad bin Salem Rasbi, member of the Committee on the Digital Transformation and Facilitation of services in Muscat Municipality, commenting on that.
