Childhood Innovations Creates Artistic Decorations of Bright Colors at Halls of Bait Al-Branda

Upon Entry to students` innovations exhibition at Bait Al-Branda Summer on this year, one can feel artistic atmosphere and see aesthetic paintings on white walls. Also, can see sceneries of blue sea or gorgeous sunrise where the golden sun is hiding behind black mountains as if it declares new beginning and hope for better future expressing the condition of talents that raised in Bait Al-Branda Summer. One can see the sun scenery in another painting while brighten up while feeding flowers orchards and palm trees with its warm radiations. Upon seeing other artistic works, one can notice madness of colors, and tittle-tattle of imagination in silent paintings; a combination of meanings and ideas that children colored with colors one cannot ignore echo of meanings whispered by it.

These artistic works are more than 300 works decorated halls of Al-Branda by the hands of 150 children; their talents were in harmony with clever design, sense of artist, carvings, paintings, and colors with taste adds sense of aesthetic innovations in creating plastic rhythms and artistic architecture, with individual and group works that decorated the exhibition at the closing day.

The artistic works made of Baize ore and buttons narrates the story of creativity and innovation in design, color and perfect performance. The artistic works done by the participants was variable and each work had its unique and distinctive character in addition to new and innovative ideas, and bright colors that attracts visitor`s sight from the first moment. The participants used the ore of Baize and buttons in ornamenting cups, covers of books, files and covers of smart phones, and innovative paintings. Plaster works had a prominent place in the exhibition that reflected the beauty of engineering creativity and Islamic decoration that is painted with colors resembles joy and optimism.

The look of satisfaction and achievement was represented in the smile of every child in the closing ceremony, like sisters Malak and Maather Khalid Al Balushi have expressed great delight in participating in the workshop of Baize where it was their first participation in Bait Al Branda Summer Workshops. Both sisters agreed that they benefited from the Workshop saying: We were inspired with new and innovative ideas to use if Baize ore where we learned techniques of cut and paste, painting of Baize, then decorating thereof with stitches to create gorgeous artistic shapes made us happy for doing the same.

Hanen Usama who participated in colors and Baize workshop love colors. Painting and coloring are her breather to express her passion towards colors and painting, thus she ordered her brush to draw with the mixed colors on the painting to create beautiful bright drawings.

Mohammad Mostpha Al Lowaty who is a participant in plaster and Baize workshop tells his pleasure with his achievements in these workshops and says about plaster works: I enjoyed all steps of artistic works achieved starting painting on transparent paper and then creating a plaster form and coloring the same to produce the final product. "I loved the atmosphere in summer workshops and definitely wants to participate in other workshops in the next year if Allah wills", he added.

Nasser bin Hamod Al Amery, a participant in plaster workshop says: I greatly benefited from this workshop and learned new and innovative matters, and I am happy with atmosphere of group work in the workshop. I found working in plaster easy because of supervisory teachers, and participated within group works, and I had a private work that I am proud with.
