Muscat Municipality finalizes program of "Management of Professional Projects"
Muscat Municipality has finalized program of management of professional projects, which was held in cooperation with Arab Forum for Information Technology, affiliated with Arab Towns Organization.
Some 49 employees from both genders in the fields of engineering and information system from governmental bodies represented in the Royal Court Affairs, Manpower Ministry, Regional Municipality Ministry, Zafar Municipality, and Muscat municipality participated in the event.
The program included number of pivots, highlighted by how to manage projects, categorizing projects, stages of project`s development and its life cycle, requirements of projects integration, and projects` limits, time, and costs` management. Topics like project quality, human resources, communications management, risk management and importing management were implicated.
The projects targeted providing the participants with relations, scientific tools needed to manage professional projects and experiences exchange. In addition, the program provided participants with trainings on ways to deal with hard cases and the way to solve it, beside new approaches in fields of technical information and programming that can serve the municipality work sector.
