Muscat municipality head tackles cooperation ways with Zanzibar`s information minister
Head of Muscat Municipality, Mohsen bin Mohamed al-Shaikh received Wednesday Saed AlI, Minister of Information, culture, Tourism, and Sports of Zanzibar to tackle ways of cooperation.
The meeting was attended by Tanzania`s ambassador to Oman, and number of Omani officials.
The meeting tackled ways to develop cities and tourism planning, ways of cooperation that can serve both sides and, and number of projects operated by Muscat municipality.
Meanwhile, Zanzibar`s official praised bilateral ties between both sides and also lauded the development of the Omani capital, expressing about his admiration with its new facilities and modern-designed roads in a way combines modernity and originality.
Finally, the Zanzibar official invited the head of Muscat Municipality to visit Bemba Island (Green Island) in a bid to reinforce cooperation between both sides in different developmental fields.
