Muscat municipality in Qaryat has coordinated a breakfast (Iftar) for the employees in the presence of the officials and employees from all levels as a tradition in Muscat municipality to enhance social communication between all employees and allowing them the chance to gather after working hours. also to make good use of religious and social occasions to increase the number of friendly meetings between employees due to the positive effect to motivate them to achieve in their jobs in a friendly atmosphere at work, in addition to the importance of the social factors in the enhancing work ethic.
