Muscat Municipality partially inaugurates the Traffic Movement of Sayh Alzabi roundabout in Al-Amerate
Recently: Muscat Municipality inaugurated the main roads of Sayh Alzabi roundabout in Al-Amerate which are implemented within the construction projects of Al-Mahage roundabout crossing. The traffic movement is opened to the incoming from Uday Valley in the direction of Qurayyat and the adverse tracks which pass over the box culverts to the street part that cutting the valley stream. The way witness high fairing due to its tracks and designed expansion according to the highest technical specifications for roads and is provided with storm water systems and the establishment of box culverts that run to the valley crossing.
From its part, Muscat Municipality continues implementing the project of intersection Al-Mahage bridges with Al-Amerate state. It is hoped that all projects will end next month. The project includes removing Al-Mahage roundabout, making across road with light signals, constructing free bridges with three lanes in the both directions to separate the traffic movement in the different directions and be free movement; the road is qualified from Al-Amerate roundabout to Al-Mahage roundabout by adding the three lanes in two directions.
The project includes constructing bridges, culverts to drain storm water of the main valleys in Al-Amerate Street, developing the storm water systems and surface sewage of traffic movement, the aim of that project is free way in all weather conditions.
The project also includes the transfer of all service lines affected by the project, and provides them by necessary lighting pillars to fit with the new expansions.
