Muscat Municipality reviews the final form of contract draft for Airport Taxi drivers
Yesterday, the Committee of Legal Affairs in the Municipal Council of Muscat Governorate held its third meeting, for the third year of first period, chaired by the Gentlewoman Shaimaa bint Ali. She reviewed the draft of investment regulations of Muscat Municipality, which had been discussed in the second meeting of committee, and then she transmitted it to the legal department of Muscat Municipality in coordination with income and investment management with a view to set a clear strategy for the investment of Muscat Municipality.
Also, the committee discussed the draft contract for Airport taxi drivers in Muscat International Airport which was transmitted to the legal department in the previous meeting, in order to verify that there is no conflict with the Local Order provisions concerning the organization taxis works in Muscat International Airport, and the importance of taking the observations of committee members.
The Committee adopted the draft contract in its meeting, which regulates the relationship between the Oman Airports Management Company (OAMC) and airport taxi drivers.
