Muscat Municipality in Bowshar conducts an inspection campaign on Shopping malls
The inspection and food control departments at Muscat Municipality intensify their controlling efforts on goods and food displayed in food facilities for checking the safety of the supply foodstuffs in terms of their quality and suitability for human consumption. In preparation of the holy month of Ramadan and for ensuring the health of citizens and residents, the inspection and food control department of the Directorate General of Muscat Municipality in Bowshar conducted an inspection campaign yesterday included a number of shopping malls that provide Ramadan offers and a variety of foodstuffs. Until meantime, this campaign revealed reassuring results about the supply materials and showed significant commitment with the conditions and regulations that are related to food safety and public health safety as a sign of great awareness from these malls.
The inspection campaigns will continue throughout the month of Ramadan in anticipation of any observations, notes, adding or changing for those substances covered by the campaign.
