Bait Al Baranda prepares to launch the Summer Center on July 31
Muscat Municipality continues to receive the registration applicants in the tenth Summer Center, which is held annually in Bait Al Baranda and dedicated for children (6-16 years) under the slogan "Khalk Akhdar" in order to recycle raw materials, and use environmental wastes through a group of diverse artistic workshops managed by specialized trainers in the field of Decorative Art.
The Summer Center at its tenth session continues for two weeks on (July 31-August 11) under the supervision of eight specialized trainers in the field of decorative art. The first week will include two artistic workshops titled "Kan yama Kan" which is a photo story illustrated by expressive drawing on the environment; the second workshop is "Art with electronics", where the recycling of electronic slides and making creative materials from them. The second week starts from (August 7 to 11), and includes wood recycling workshop and a workshop about art by using paper "the art of origami".
The tenth Summer Center in Bait Al Baranda comes as a continuation to the previous nine summer programs, which aim to fill the leisure of participating children, refine their creative skills and develop their artistic abilities, as well highlight and benefit from the proficiency of trainers in the fields of drawing, design and decorative art.
