Chairman of Muscat Municipality follows-up the workflow in bridges maintenance and the public hygiene in the city

Eng. Mohsen bin Mohammed Al-Sheikh Chairman of Muscat Municipality continues his inspection visits to the states of Muscat Governorate, accompanied by a number of municipal officials with a view to follow-up and evaluate the municipal development and service projects, overlook the current and ongoing implemented projects, as well as follow-up to the efforts of public hygiene works.
HE Eng. Chairman of Municipal closely followed-up the workflow of bridges maintenance of bridges, visited the site of Bayt Al-Falaj Bridge of Muttrah state to pursue the mechanism of its progress and implemented stages. For his part, HE noted a number of technical observations, urging the acceleration of work in the project. In addition to visiting a number of sites in Al- Bustan and Al-Wadi Al-Kabir to follow-up the maintenance of water fountains and their addressing.
HE Eng. Mohsen Al-Sheikh during his field visit also acquainted the works of public hygiene in a number of sites, addressing the necessity to monitor repeated violations by removing them, proper wastes disposal, construction and buildings scrapings, the and interest to the city`s cleanliness. He called harnessing all human possibilities and equipments to keep the cleanliness of the city, as well to intensify awareness programs for the community members with a view to enhance community partnership in the field of Municipal work.
In addition, HE Eng. Chairman of Muscat Municipality visited to the Directorate General of Transport at Muscat Municipality, to make sure the quality and efficiency of municipal equipments, and their contribution in providing Municipal services to the beneficiaries.
