Muscat Municipality concludes its training programme "Proficiency in the customer service"

Muscat Municipality, represented by the Directorate General of Human Resources, concluded on Thursday the training programme "Skills of handling and mastering customers", which is aimed at improving the competencies of staff in the field of customer services halls.
Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdullah Al Rahbi, Director-General of the Human Resources Directorate of Muscat Municipality, said during his speech at the end of the program: "Muscat municipality is endeavoring to offer training courses for the rehabilitation and development of its staff and to improve their level of performance, with the skills of handling and mastering customers".
The service provider at the customers hall is the interface of the whole organization, so it is crucially important to equip him with professional skills in handling customers. This would definitely help in achieving an acceptable level of customer satisfaction.
