Muscat Municipality opens a service road with a length of (1200) meters in Amarat
To enhance the efficiency of the road network, and to cope with the numerical density of the population and vehicles, Muscat Municipality completed the implementation of a vibrant road which connects Al-Jabal street with Murtafat Al-Aamerat area in the state of Al-Aamerat.The road will be open to traffic on Sunday morning, and it will significantly facilitate the flow of traffic, and reduce the distances between residential plans and the dual road, and find alternative outlets and solutions for those who live in these neighborhoods.
The construction of the project included the construction of 35 waterways in three sites along the route; for the drainage of rainwater, in addition to the construction of concrete protections to protect the road from the flow of valleys and watercourses.
It is worth mentioning that this project is part of the service projects implemented by Muscat Municipality within its plans to achieve sustainable development.
