Muscat municipality invites the community to stop violations in the technical requirements of residential units and car shades
Muscat Municipality works intensively to inspect and follow-up constructions; to verify compliance with the technical requirements of existing, and homes under construction.
Technical irregularities of existing houses is indeed a negative phenomena. It happens that shades or house extensions are built outside houses or on roofs with unstable materials and even without a permit.
Administrative decision No. 70/2015 and local Order No. 92/23 has organized the work of installing sunshades as well as building in Muscat Governorate.
Requirements for cars` sunshades
