A delegation from the city of Sarajevo, Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the chairmanship of Abdullah Sakaka Mayor of Sarajevo; arrives today to Muscat on the invitation of H.E Mohsin bin Mohammed Al Sheikh Chairman of Muscat municipality, in the framework of strengthening bilateral relations between the two sides to serve the common interests, and opens prospects for cooperation and exchange of experiences between Muscat municipality and the city of Sarajevo.
A session of talks will be held tomorrow Tuesday between the two sides chaired by the President of Muscat municipality, and the mayor of Sarajevo, in the presence of a number of officials and stakeholders from both sides. During the programme, the delegation will meet with officials of the Oman sewerage services "Haya", and another meeting will be held with officials of the Fund and the state general Reserve, and a binary with the officials of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Oman, as the control of the delegation on a number of experiments and development projects and services in the Governorate of Muscat.
Within the agenda of the visit, which will include a number of facilities in the Governorate of Muscat, the delegation will visit: Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, the Opera House and the National Museum, Mutrah market, and the project the Wave Muscat.
The visit aimed to strengthen relations between the municipality and organizations of the world, taking advantage of the successful experiences developed in the areas of municipal work, and the investment opportunities that serve aspects of development and further progress and prosperity.
