Muscat Contact Center receives the ISO 9001:2015 certificate

The Muscat call center has received the ISO 9001:2015 certificate after passing all the requirements of the certificate according to the international standards. The Audit Committee handed the certificate to His Excellency Mohsin bin Mohammed Ash`Sheikh Chairman of Muscat municipality today morning in his office.
The ISO certification is the culmination of the efforts made by the Contact Center aimed at improving and simplifying the working procedures and standardization, and to contribute to strengthening the services provided.
On that success, Mrs Samiya al Saidiya, head of quality management at the center, said that this success has been achieved by different phases beginning from diagnoses to addressing the gap between the requirements of the international specifications and the communications center in that period.
The actual application of the system of quality management has been made to be in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015.
Samiya also added that the center has successfully passed all stages of the project with the support of with the quality Department at the ministry of civil service, and without consulting an external expertise.
She added: We thank the specialists at the Directorate General of development and quality assurance at the Ministry of the civil service for making the project come into success.
