Muscat municipality in Qurayyat completes the training program "legal regulation of judiciary control
The Directorate General of Muscat municipality in Qurayyat has completed the training program "legal regulation of judiciary control", organized by the legal follow up department in the presence of Director General of the Directorate and the engineer assistant Director-General. The programme targeted a number of law enforcement officers at the department of technical Affairs and urban inspection.
Mr Fawzi al-Hinai opened the programme with a word saying that this is programme helps juridical seizure staff perform their duties properly, and it has focused on aspects related to the juridical seizure principles, and the role of the prosecution in it. It has also introduced trainees with the difference between juridical and administrative seizure, and referred to the importance of judicial control in the proceedings.
