Muscat municipality in Bousher intensifies its inspection to public markets
The field follow up department of Muscat Municipality in Bousher carried out an evening inspection campaign to monitor the public markets and shops in the regions of al Ghubra, al Khuwair and Ghala industrial area.
During the campaign, the team has monitored a number of administrative violations, including expired municipal licenses, installing unauthorized ad banners, and hosting expat labour in residential neighborhoods.
Such violations contravenes the Law of Muscat municipality No. 38/2015 and in local order 1/2003 and in local order 1/2001 regarding the organization of markets, and the local order 25/93 on the regulation and control of advertisements. Muscat Municipality urges all to comply with such ordinances and regulations taken in this regard.
