Muscat municipality employs a number of (111) new staff in various disciplines
In its efforts to create job opportunities for Omanis, Muscat municipality received today a number of (111) new employees that were recruited in various disciplines in Muscat municipality administrative, technical and financial. The general directorate of Human resources will carry out an introducing programme for the new employees, introducing them with the laws and regulations in force in the municipality.
Dr. Ibrahim ar`Rahbi head of human resources directorate in Muscat municipality said that the municipality has finished the procedures to appoint 111 employees out of 128 remaining. The municipality announced recently 14 job vacancies on 6/11/2017 as part of the government plan to employ job seekers.
The last days of the introducing programme which will be held in the lecture hall in the Grand Mosque will include a range of topics about values and integrity in business, and municipal laws and regulations, in addition to occupational safety, plus introducing the works related to the municipal Council.
