Muscat municipality in As`Seeb implements judicial ruling to some municipal violations

  The directorate general of Muscat municipality in As`Seeb, represented by the legal follow-up department, implemented a judicial ruling against some municipal violations in the wilayah. The violations included failing to complete a construction project in northern al Muwalih. The work has resulted in deep and dangerous excavations in the area that has also accumulated some waste.
Similarly, the municipality has also implemented a judicial ruling to remove illegal possession in the area of northern al Hail and south al Mubailah. Violators were given some time to proof ownership of that possessions in a fixed term. Implementation of such rulings were necessary as illegal possessions of land plots or utilising them in the wrong place put huge burden in making future projects.
It is worth to mention that local order number (23/92) has pointed out that Muscat municipality has the right to fine any who violates local orders organising municipal work in the wilayah. The municipality therefor urges all to adhere to the laws and regulations specified in this regard.
