Muscat Municipality represented by the General Directorate of human resources implements a training program on the skills of preparing budge according to the goals and plans. The programme has been attended by 21 employees from various units of the municipality.
The programme has defined first the concept of budgets and their objectives as a comprehensive plan for government activities.
This programme stems from the importance of recent financial difficulties and the steady growth in public expenditure of the state.
Hence comes the importance of this program, which focuses on the inevitability of the preparation of the budget-oriented objectives; to rationalize the cases of spending and financial planning in the shadow of the importance of goals, priorities and institutional.
