Throwing fish at the beaches provokes the public resentment

The Directorate General of Muscat Municipality in as`Seeb has interacted with the complaints of some citizens at the Seeb beach about unpleasant smell. It turned out that fishermen throw fish alongside the beach.
The Municipality has expressed its denial of such conduct because of the environmental contamination it could cause plus the spread of odors and insects.
The Municipality has addressed competent authorities in the willayah to urge local community to stop such actions towards beaches, and to teach them of its danger towards the environment and public health.
