Muscat Municipality organises a training programme on "Event Management"

Muscat Municipality, represented by the Directorate General of human resources, organised a training programme on successful event management with the participation of 21 officials from various units.
The programme aims to give participants the necessary skills needed in planning an event, the ability to analyze the environment that surrounds the event, and discover the expected results. The programme has included some aspects; including the role of planning in studying the current situation of the institution, determining the objectives of the events, and setting up the plans and timeline needed to implement an event.
Fair to mention also that this programme stems from Muscat Municipality strategy to enhance the performance of its employees working in event management, and those who would represent the municipality in other events locally or internationally.
