Coinciding with World Food Day,
The School Awareness Campaign of Muscat Municipality continues meeting students

The Community Partnership department of Muscat Municipality implemented this morning (Tuesday) various programs within its school awareness project. The programs coincide with World Food Day which is carried out in partnership with the Directorate General of education in the governorate of Muscat.
The program aims to convey the message of Municipal work and to promote a culture of Health and environmental awareness among students in schools.
The Community Partnership department implemented "an awareness dialogue" of awareness" through a competition about Health Food in Ruwad al Ula School (1-4) in al Amirat.
Another program was also implemented called the "Young Health Inspector" in collaboration with the Directorate General of Health Affairs and al Nab` school in al Amirat (5-9). The program has introduced students the importance of safe shopping and how to avoid the Health observations made by Muscat Municipality.
An exhibition was also organised at the Lulu Hypermarket carried out by the Department of community partnership in cooperation with the Directorate General of Muscat Municipality in Grand Mutrah. The exhibition was to introduce students of Hassan bin Thabit school the importance of World Food Day and the role played by Muscat Municipality in food safety.
