Coinciding with the World Tree Day
Muscat Municipality carries out an awareness dialogue for students of al Raneem in al Amirat.

The Community Partnership of Muscat Municipality carried out on (Wednesday) an awareness dialogue to students of al Raneem school in al Amirat. The programme aims to strengthen the partnership with the school community in collaboration with the Directorate General of education in Muscat Governorate, as it coincides with the day of the tree.
The dialogue included a visual explanation with some paragraphs on the importance of planting trees. There was also a drawing and painting competition intending to instill students the value of sustaining the environment.
The programmes will continue until the end of upcoming December. There will be a dialogue in al Fath basic education, in addition to a lecture about the phenomena of tampering with public facilities in Bousher school.
The Municipality believes that such initiatives are capable of instilling the values and principles relating to the preservation of public properties and creating environmental-friendly behaviors.
