Muscat Municipality Continues Its Programme In Electronic Document Management.

Both department of human resources and the Archives of Muscat Municipality continue the training programme on "Management system of electronic documents" in the Office of H.E, the chairman of Muscat Municipality. The programme is held from January 27 to February 25, 2019.
This stage of the prgramme is the second of seven stages. It has been designated for practical purpose where trainees learn how to create documents, access, share and save them electronically.
Director of the Department of documents and archives Mr. Muhammad Al Buraiki said that the Management System of documents includes basic requirements start from creating the document until it goes to its final place, and in accordance with the provisions of the law of documents and the National Archives issued by the Royal Decree No. (60/2007).
It is worth to mention that the first stage of training held earlier in December aimed to introduce the project, and to understand and practice the applicable foundations and rules that are currently in force. It also included a national guide for managing documents and electronic documents.
