Muscat Municipality to trains customer service staff
Muscat Municipality, represented in the Department of Human Resources Development, carried out a training program entitled "The Art of dealing with the customers and managing complaints and communications" in the lecture hall at the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque.
The programme will last for 5 days and aims to instill customer service staff with optimal service skills. Trainees will carry out a field visit to Ooredoo telecommunications company where they will get acquainted with best methods of dealing with customers.
The programme shall integrate both theoretical and practical though lectures, videos, and field visits.
