Muscat Municipality acquaints first line leaders with the skills of continuous development

The Directorate General of Human resources in collaboration with the Directorate General of Information Technology carried out a training programme on “skills and methodologies for continuous improvement” held during April 14 - May 2, 2019 at the public authority for Civil Aviation.
The programme aims to provide participants with concepts, strategies, and methodology of Kaizen of continuous incremental improvements where participant will come across the Seven Habits of most effective people, in addition leadership styles.
