The HR Department of Muscat Municipality is now ISO 9001 certified

Muscat Municipality received the ISO 9001/2015 certification in Human Resources sector as a recognition of the systematic proceedings applicable in the Human Resources department. The department pursuit to get certified was eventually crowned with success after the auditing company accredited all requirements, and recommend to get the ISO certificate (9001:2015).
The journey to receive the ISO certificate was divided into two stages by first training some staff with the basics and skills of internal audit which complies with international standards ISO-9001.
The senior management of the Directorate emphasizes its commitment to continuous improvement to reach its vision in an attractive work environment for evolving human resources and adopts a quality system at the Directorate of human resources by adhering to apply the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to Muscat municipality as well as establishing an integrated approach when managing challenges with the participation of all staff of the Directorate.
