Muscat Municipality evaluates of the technical system provided to beneficiaries with ITA

The Directorate General for the development of services in Muscat Municipality in cooperation with the Information Technology Authority carried out a joint workshop for the design team of the e-transformation programme.
The workshop reviewed and discussed the recommendations being made to improve the technical system of Muscat Municipality and the possibility of employing contemporary technologies in facilitating municipal procedures.
The joint team will study also the opportunity of providing proactive services that would help the beneficiary access to basic services without having to request them in the Municipality.
