Muscat Slaughterhouses Ready For The Eid!
• Total of 22424 carcasses were scarified in 1440 AH Ramadhan
• Extended working hours from 9 am to 4 pm from Saturday to Tuesday for individuals, and from 7 am to 6 pm in the first two days of Eid.
• Intensive health inspection before and after slaughter.
Muscat Municipality has made all the services in Muscat governorate slaughterhouses ready to assimilate the great turnout in Eid. Time schedule has been to meet the big number of carcasses wanted to be scarified in the slaughterhouse to be from 9 am to 4 pm from Saturday to Tuesday, and 7 am to 6 pm in the first two days of Eid. Livestock is examined by veterinarians in before being slaughtered; to detect diseases that do not appear after examination such as rabies.
