Muscat Municipality evaluates its electronic services

Directorates of Information Technology and development services in Muscat Municipality carry out a workshop for the team in charge of evaluating the e-services of the Municipality.
The workshop reviewed the challenges faced by the team which examines the pace of e-assessment, as well as the role of the municipal sectors in supporting and addressing the challenges associated with measuring the readiness of transition programmes in electronic service delivery.
Fair to mention that the implementation of this workshop stems from Muscat Municipality pursuit to evaluate the digital transformation which is supervised by the Information Technology Authority.
