Muscat call centre cadre being to work remotely to ensure the continuity of work with the simplest solutions and the lowest costs and challenges. With the aim of ensuring the continuity of providing services and to respond to communications effectively, the Directorate General of Services Development begins to offer remote service in Muscat call centre. Such initiative goes in line with the decisions of the Supreme Committee dealing with COVID-19 pandemic. Mr. Haitham bin Saeed Al Bahrani who is the director of Services Development confirmed that the experience was to ensure the safety of employees and to follow up on the progress of decisions and implement them to the fullest extent.
