Muscat Governorate Undergoes a Change Management Training Programme
Members of the change management committee of Muscat Governorate underwent this morning a change management training programme in Muscat Governorate building. The two-day programme aims to familiarize participants with the key concepts related to change and its importance in this particular time locally, regionally and globally. The programme will also shed light on the role of leadership in the process of change and its importance in success, and will equip participants the skills and roles of both leadership and staff management in this process.
